On this day, make sure your Vodafone SIM is in your phone, and your phone is turned on.
What time will my number move?
Your number should move between 11am and 5pm, but it can sometimes take until the end of the day.
If your number hasn’t moved over by midnight, restart your phone with the SIM in it. If this doesn’t work, start a chat with us.
When can I call, text and use data?
While your number is being transferred, you might find you can’t make calls, send text messages or use your mobile data. This is temporary and a normal part of the transfer process.
We’ll send you a text to confirm your number’s been moved. If you’ve got an iPhone, you might need to adjust some settings. We’ll also show you how in this text.
If you’re a new Pay as you go customer, you need to make a call or send a text to activate your number.
