Our broadband app is going through some big changes – we’re working hard to improve your experience using the app and make it more secure. The latest version will be released in app stores, staggered over a week between 20th & 27th November 2023.
Ultra Hub and VOX 3 users
Before we release the new app in November, you need to make sure you have your My Vodafone login details ready so you’re able to access the new app.
Reset your My Vodafone login details
The new app supports devices from Android 6.0 and iOS 13.
VOX 2.5 users
Unfortunately, the new app doesn’t work for VOX 2.5 routers. To keep using the current version of the app, make sure you don’t update your app via the app store and check auto updates are turned off in your device settings.
How do I stop my app from updating?
Android users:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Go to Menu
- Choose Settings
- Choose Auto-update Apps
- Choose Don't auto-update apps then Done
iOS users:
- Go to Settings
- Go to App Store
- Turn off App Updates
