Why have I received a text about a broadband order I didn’t make?

When we make a change to your broadband or home phone line, this automatically sends out a confirmation message that says, "Thank you for your order".

You might get a message like this when we move your home phone to Digital Voice or change your broadband to full fibre.

Don’t worry, you don’t need to do anything, and this won’t cost you anything.

After this short message, we’ll contact you to confirm the date we’ll make the changes on – look out for any emails and texts from us.
