How do I check my Vodafone Broadband speed?

Check the Vodafone broadband speed available in your area

Broadband speed is made up of sync speed and download speed.

1. Check your current sync speed with the Vodafone Broadband app. Customers with a Full Fibre plan will only be able to check their data and WiFi speeds, and not their sync speed.
2. Test your download and upload speed with the My Vodafone app (this is separate to the Broadband app). Scroll down to Your Network and tap Check Data and WiFi Speed.

4. Check your device is wirelessly connected to your broadband hub
5. Check how old your device is – devices predating 2019 will have trouble connecting to faster speeds. The newer the model, the better for connecting.

Tip: Speeds to your device over WiFi might be lower than speeds delivered over a wired connection.
