The lights on my router have turned off

If the lights on your router have turned off, check that your router is plugged in and connected to a power supply.   

For Vox 2.5 routers, you can also check if the LED toggle is turned on in the Vodafone Broadband app. Do not update the Broadband app if you're prompted to, as this may affect your access.  

  1. Go to the app and open Settings  
  2. Check the LED toggle is turned on
