How do I cancel my Pay monthly contract?

You can cancel your contract at any time over the phone. Use the ‘Give us a call’ button to find the most suitable number for you to use.

There’s no charge if you cancel within the first 30 days of your contract, or when your minimum term has ended. If you want to cancel any time in between, you’ll need to pay an early exit fee.

When will my contract end?

Your contract will end 30 days after you’ve told us you’re leaving. You’ll be billed as normal up to the date we disconnect your number – so don’t cancel any payments until then.

If you need copies of your bill after your account is closed, please get in touch. Please note that we only reissue itemised bills up to six months old.

How do I take my number with me to another network?

Then you ask to cancel your account, simply request a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC). The code will be valid for 30 days.

My device is locked to the Vodafone network – what do I do?

Complete our Network Unlock Code (NUC) request form, and you’ll be able to use your device on other networks. Once you’ve got your NUC, we’ve also got guidance on how to use it on your phone

How much is an early exit fee?

Your early exit fee is calculated by multiplying the number of months left on your contract by your monthly plan charge (excluding VAT). If your monthly charge is subject to a discount, we'll use the discounted charge as the basis for the calculation. For an accurate figure, chat to an adviser.
