How do I cancel my Pay monthly contract?

You can cancel your contract at any time by calling us on 191 (free from your Vodafone mobile) or 03333 040 191 from a UK landline or mobile (standard charges apply).

Cancellations are free if you cancel within the first 30 days of your contract, or when your minimum term of contract has ended. If you cancel any time in between, you’ll need to pay an early exit fee.

How much is an early exit fee?

Your early exit fee is calculated by multiplying the number of months left on your contract by your monthly plan charge (excluding VAT). For an accurate figure, please speak to an adviser using the buttons at the end of this answer.

When will my contract end?

Your contract will end 30 days after you’ve told us you’re leaving. You’ll be billed as normal up to the date we disconnect your number, so don’t cancel any payments until then.

If you need copies of your bill after your account is closed, please call us on 03333 040 191 from a UK landline or mobile (standard charges apply). We can only reissue itemised bills up to six months old.

How do I take my number with me to another network?

Just request a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) when you call to cancel. The code will be valid for 30 days.

I bought my device from you and it’s still locked to the Vodafone network – what do I do?
