How do I cancel my Pay monthly contract?

When will my service end?

Your service will end 30 days after you've told us you're leaving. You'll be billed as normal up to the date we disconnect your number. Please don't cancel your Direct Debit as depending on when your service stops, we may send you a final bill with partial charges or a refund.

If you need copies of your bill after your account is closed, please get in touch. We only reissue itemised bills up to six months old.

How do I take my number with me to another network?

When you ask to switch your network, simply request a PAC code and give it to your new network provider.

The code will be valid for 30 days.

If you do not use your PAC or it expires, your service will continue and you will billed as normal until you close your account.

Want a new number? Ask us for a STAC code instead.

My device is locked to the Vodafone network – what do I do?

Complete our Network Unlock Code (NUC) request form, and you'll be able to use your device on other networks.
