Why is My Vodafone account locked?

When you try to log in with an incorrect username or password three times, we lock your account. We do this to stop anyone who isn’t you accessing your account.

You can change your username or password by heading to the login page and choosing ‘Forgotten your username’ or ‘Forgotten your password’.
