Can I change my payment date?

We usually take bill payments from your bank up to 10 days after we create your bill.

We understand that circumstances can sometimes change. If you pay by Direct Debit and you’re worried about the date it’s set to come out, tap the relevant chat button so we can try to help.

If you don’t pay by Direct Debit and are experiencing financial difficulties, start a chat with us and we can walk you through the support we can provide. 

Find out your payment date 

Use your My Vodafone app to find out your payment date.

From the home screen:

  1. Tap the Billing tab at the bottom of the app
  2. Here you’ll see your past bills
  3. Move down to Latest Bill
  4. Here you’ll see the date, and how you paid your bill

If you can’t use the app right now, log in to your My Vodafone account online. From the navigation menu, head to Billing to see your payment date.
