We usually credit your Vodafone account
Most of the time when we give money back, you get this as a credit on your account. This means we take it off your next few bills until it’s all paid back to you.
You’ll see the amount you pay over the next few months will be lower than usual. You can find the credit amount in your bills in My Vodafone
We do not usually refund to your bank
We don’t usually refund the money straight into your bank account unless you ask for this, or you’re leaving so you no longer have an account with us.
If you’ve received confirmation we’ve sent you a refund, it can take up to five working days for the money to appear in your bank account.
