My Direct Debit hasn’t been taken

If your payment is due on a weekend or bank holiday, we’ll collect payment on the next working day.

You can update your Direct Debit details including the date we take your payment at any time using the My Vodafone app, or by logging into My Vodafone:

I’m using the My Vodafone app 

  1. Tap Settings at the bottom of the app
  2. Under Account Settings you'll see Direct Debit
  3. Here, you can change your Direct Debit details

I logged into My Vodafone 

  1. Select Settings
  2. Under Plan settings, tap View on the plan you want to change the details for
  3. Choose Manage payments
  4. You’ll see your Current Payment Details, which you can update
