The Vodafone network isn’t showing on my phone

Your phone might be auto-connecting to the wrong network

If you buy your plan from us, your phone needs to be connected to our network. Otherwise, it won’t work. 

Sometimes, phones auto-connect to the wrong provider’s network. This can happen when you’ve just got a new SIM from us.

Try opening your phone’s network settings and manually selecting Vodafone from the list of available providers. A couple of seconds later, your signal should work normally.

You can also try cleaning your SIM card:

  1. Switch your phone off
  2. Take your SIM out of your phone – you might need help with this
  3. Gently wipe the gold part of the SIM with a dry, non-abrasive cloth
  4. Put the SIM back in your phone and switch it on
