Your first bill for Home Broadband will show the price of your monthly package, plus any one-time charges. You can log in to My Vodafone to view a full breakdown of your bill.
You’ll also see fees that you didn’t pay in the store when placing your order, such as for your router, delivery and installation. You’ll only see fees that are included in your broadband package, or are required for your Home Broadband setup.
Please note: your first bill may be slightly higher than usual because it’s calculated “pro-rata”. This means that it is calculated from your broadband activation date up to your fixed monthly billing date, and you’re charged one month in advance.
