Mobile data connection (including Dongles or Mobile WiFi)
The speed and strength of your mobile data connection can change depending on where you are. For example, you're likely to have a slower connection in a busy public space than you would when you're at home.
If your data connection is consistently slow, you can try to:
- Use our network status checker to check coverage in the area and get up-to-date information on anything that might be affecting your signal
- See our device guides to find out how to select a network and do a phone reset
Remember, if you're on an Unlimited or Unlimited Lite plan, you have a maximum download speed:
- Unlimited - 2Mbps
- Unlimited Lite - 10Mbps
