A Company Administrator is created at the point of completing your Vodafone Business Marketplace application order with our sales agent. They’ll be the first person on-boarded to the Marketplace in your organisation’s account.
A Company Administrator is the first point of contact for Company Users with queries about licences, access and password resets on the Marketplace.
Company Admins can buy products and assign product licences to specific Company Users.
To find out who a Company Administrator is, you should find their name stated in the invitation sent to Company Users to join Vodafone Business Marketplace.
