  • How do I un-assign or re-assign licences in the Vodafone Business Marketplace?

    Licences can be un-assigned using a similar process to that used to assign licences. Simply follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Manage tab
    2. Choose Assign Apps
    3. On the Assign Apps screen, choose the application you want to un-assign from the list on the left-hand side
    4. Un-tick the box next to the name of the Company User you’re un-assigning and choose Save changes
    5. To re-assign a licence to a different Company User, simply follow the same steps as you would to assign a new Company User
