How long is the warranty on my device and what does it cover?

Vodafone Total Care Warranty covers any faults or problems you may have with the hardware or software. It doesn't cover accidental or liquid damage.

The length of your warranty depends on the type of device you have.

All non-Apple devices come with a 24-month manufacturer's guarantee.

Apple products come with a 12-month manufacturer's guarantee as standard and we offer an extra 12 months for these devices if you buy them directly from us. This means you're covered for 24 months - so if you have any issues in your last 12 months, we'll repair your device at no extra cost.

Refurbished devices come with a 12-month warranty. 

Accessories that come in the box when you buy your device also get a 12-month warranty.
